Chris was born in the tiny town of Bathurst, and moved here in 2002. Chris has always had a love and passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. They have worked with dogs and cats since 2010 at a different facility. They share their home with Charlie the sheltie, Pig the Shepherd mix and two lovely felines.

When not at JT Chris is also a certified Holy fire and Usui Reiki Master. They also have a background in training classes for puppies and adolescent dogs.

Teagan was born in British Columbia but has spent most of her life here in Nova Scotia. She grew up having a dog boarding business in her house and has always loved all animals! Teagan spent the past 6 years as a hairdresser but needed a change of pace and when she saw the opportunity to work with dogs she jumped at the chance to join the Jollytails family! She has a sassy French bulldog named Phoebe and two cats named Qimen and Hagrid! When she’s not at work you can find Teagan playing video games, catching up on her favourite tv shows and hanging out with her friends!

Twyla was born and raised on the Peggys Cove Road and currently shares her home with a wonderful dog of her own, Buddy.  She has always wanted to work with dogs her entire life and being a part of the Jollytails team has made that dream a reality.  She is excited to have the opportunity to do something she absolutely LOVES for many years to come!

Born in Halifax and raised just outside of Truro, Erin has had a love for animals since day one. Especially dogs having had many breeds such as black labs, yellow labs but mainly huskies, her love for dogs grows by the day. Erin joined the Jollytails team to live her dream of working with dogs and learning more about them.

In her spare time she loves hiking with her husky Marley and exploring new places all over. Erin is super excited to join the team and meet your pet.

Kelly is an outgoing introvert living in the west end of Halifax with her husband, and their 12-year-old rat terrier/jack russell mix, Odie. While exploring other careers, dogs were always a life long obsession for Kelly. As well as spoiling her own dog, she is lucky enough to be an auntie to many dogs of friends and family, which inspired a transition to working full time with dogs. Kelly is overjoyed to be part of the team at Jollytails, and looks forward to caring for your 4 legged babies.

Jenah was born in Great Village and has been raised there and in Debert for the first many years of her life. She's always lived with many different types of animals like chickens, ducks, bunnies, iguanas, etc. She has had many dogs and has always loved animals.

While exploring career paths she always had a huge interest in animal care. As a child, she would always tell her Mom she was going to be a dog breeder! She enjoyed learning new things about animals and worked around pets for years often trying to help educate people about them.

Once Jenah found Jollytails she was thrilled to be able to join their team as this was a dream job for her.
