Cancellations
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. A $50 fee applies to no-show grooming appointments. Please call or email Jollytails to cancel an appointment.
Coat and comfort
Prices are estimates and may change with coat condition, excessive de-matting, behaviour, or the requested cut. A groomer may assess your dog and require a Matted Dog Waiver.
