A thoughtful introduction for every new dog
Every new dog starts with an assessment to protect the safety and comfort of the entire playgroup. It helps us confirm that daycare is a good fit and introduce your dog gradually in a controlled way, so they are less likely to feel overwhelmed or have a negative first experience. This important first step sets your dog up for success.
Hear from the team
Jollytails will follow up by email within a day or two to arrange your dog’s assessment.
Attend the assessment
This scheduled first visit lets us introduce your dog to the playgroup gradually. Your dog typically stays with us for three to four hours.
Begin daycare
Once your dog has been assessed and approved, you can make future daycare reservations online.

- The assessment form is for dogs joining Jollytails daycare for the first time.
- Please answer every question as accurately and fully as possible.
- The form is sent to Jollytails by email for review.
- If your dog has not attended daycare within three months, contact Jollytails—a reassessment may be required.
