Yes. Jollytails carries cat food, including selected dry and raw choices, along with treats and other essentials. Selection varies by store.
Can someone help me compare pet foods?
Yes. The team can explain the products Jollytails carries and help narrow the options based on your pet and preferences.
Do all locations carry the same products?
Not always. Brands, recipes, sizes, and stock can vary, so call your preferred location before travelling for a specific item.
How do the food loyalty programs work?
Qualifying purchases are tracked in store. Once you reach the required number of a participating brand, staff can check your account and confirm your free bag.
How do I earn Aeroplan points or credit card rewards?
Mention your Aeroplan number, and your points will be applied. Feel free to pay with an Amex or Neo Financial card for even more rewards. Be sure to check your Amex or Neo Financial card for small business or Jollytails-specific promotions.
Can food loyalty purchases be combined between locations?
Yes. If you have purchased qualifying food at one of our Halifax or Burnside locations, let us know which stores you have visited. We will double-check your purchase history and count all eligible bags from those locations toward your free bag. Jollytails Resort has its own separate loyalty program, so Resort purchases are tracked there and are not combined with purchases from our other locations. Loyalty offers are Buy 12, Get One Free—or better, depending on the brand.
Can I have a pet ID tag engraved?
Yes. On-site pet ID tag engraving is available at Jollytails Lady Hammond and Jollytails Burnside. Both locations carry several tag styles, colours, and easy-change clips.
Does Jollytails offer discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available for military members, first responders, seniors, participating workplaces, alumni, and eligible employees. View all Jollytails discounts.
What is your return policy?
Food: All food will be refunded in full within 30 days, provided you bring back the original bag, including the UPC code, along with at least 50% of the contents of the bag. Inukshuk Dog Food can be returned for store credit only.
Collars, toys, harnesses, and other retail products: Full refunds will be issued for unopened and undamaged products within 10 days of purchase. While we provide the strongest and best dog products on the market, we cannot be responsible if you do not supervise your dog and the product becomes damaged. Speak with us about which products are best for your dog.
